About Me
I'm an M.Eng. candidate specializing in Generative AI, multimodal LLM systems, and industrial AI automation. I build data pipelines on Azure, fine-tune open-source LLMs, and develop RAG-based systems with LangChain — backed by several years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and technical sales.
Currently completing my Master’s thesis at Fraunhofer IEM on brain-inspired AI architectures, after an LLM/ML engineering internship at Echocene. My marketing background in Google/Meta Ads and SEO still shapes how I think about shipping AI products people actually use.
Echocene — LLM/ML Engineer (Internship)
Feb 2026 – May 2026 · Remote. Built a multimodal RAG pipeline orchestrating GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral and DeepSeek for regulatory-compliance queries in construction (CSRD, GEG, EU Taxonomy).
Master Thesis — Fraunhofer IEM
Aug 2025 – Apr 2026 · Paderborn. Designing a bio-inspired cognitive architecture (SLAM) with 11 layers based on Global Workspace Theory for industrial AI automation.
eshu — Multi-Vault Multimodal RAG System
Python · Local-first RAG system supporting multiple independent knowledge vaults with semantic search and document retrieval.
Research Assistant, AI & Data — Fraunhofer IEM
Jun 2024 – Jun 2025 · Paderborn. Built a Bronze/Silver/Gold Azure data pipeline and LangChain RAG agents that cut manual effort in data engineering and reporting.
LexiDesk — German Language Learning App
Python · PyQt6 · Ollama. Extracts vocabulary from PDF textbooks via LLaVA, with AI-generated der/die/das tagging, quiz mode and TTS pronunciation.
